Somebody got this film as a bonus with Steins;Gate Blu-ray... No one can identify it as being from the anime? A production frame that wasn't meant to be broadcast?

Somebody got this film as a bonus with Steins;Gate Blu-ray… No one can identify it as being from the anime? A production frame that wasn’t meant to be broadcast?

Character relations chart for upcoming anime, Papa no iu koto wo Kikinasai!. Seems the middle guy down the bottom is a dangerous individual - his arrow to the two younger children is "Angels", and to the 14-year-old it's "Granny". Haha, this serious could be fun!
